We do, however, have a set of standards we live by which help to make our experience as professional and pleasurable as your own.

A standard workday, or "Full Day" is defined as six to ten hours from the time the client is met (the "call time"), until the last location is completely wrapped and tapes are handed over to the client.  This period shall include a one-hour meal break on the clock (or 30 mins. if catered).  If no meal break is granted, a meal penalty equal to one full hour of overtime will be charged and added to the total hours for the day.  A "Half Day" is defined similarly as a work period up to five hours in duration, with the exception of a meal break.  Minimum booking is a half day.  Overtime hours (past 10) will be billed at 1.5 times the hourly rate in accordance with industry standards.  Double time rates shall apply past 12 hours.  Client agrees that the content of all recorded materials shall remain in joint property with Kinetic Productions, Inc. until such time as all invoices are paid in full.  Most clients will be requested to sign a Deal Memo (contract), which details the services requested along with the associated costs for those services. All first time clients will be required to submit payment in full by company check at the end of the shoot, unless other payment arrangements have been made in advance and outlined in the Deal Memo.  In the event of a cancellation or postponement on less than 48 hours notice, client shall be liable for 50% of the total rate for all days involved.  Accordingly, if less than 24 hours notice is given, client shall be liable for 100% of the total charges.  Late charges of 8% shall apply to all past due accounts over 30 days from receipt of invoice.  Returned checks shall be subject to a $35 fee in addition to any applicable late charges.

Kinetic Productions, Inc. is a Nevada Corporation engaged in the business of Film, Video and Audio production services.  We maintain workers compensation and liability insurance, required by the state of Nevada, for all personnel we employ.
